VILLA MAWAR
Villa Mawar offers everything you need for a relaxing and carefree seaside holiday. With space for up to 8 guests and a private estate of approximately 2,000 m², this villa provides the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of North Bali. You will find fast Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area with a dining table, sofa, coffee table and a bookshelf filled with books for quiet moments.
The villa is well suited for families as it includes a baby cot and high chair. Laundry and ironing are taken care of by our staff, allowing you to fully relax during your stay. The covered terrace features ceiling fans for added comfort on warm days, and the outdoor spaces are designed to make every moment feel special.
The bedrooms
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. 3 bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds of 180×200 and 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90×200. This makes the villa ideal for families or groups of friends. The peaceful atmosphere of each room ensures a restful night’s sleep after a day in the Balinese sun.
Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, offering a washbasin, shower and toilet for complete convenience and privacy. The bathrooms are simple, clean and functional, providing everything you need. An additional guest toilet is available in the common area of the villa. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family or group, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during their stay.
The villa
The villa offers 225 m² of living space and is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. The spacious living room includes a dining table and a comfortable seating area, with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser and all essential cookware and utensils.
Outdoors, you will find several inviting seating areas, including a large dining table for shared meals and a cozy lounge area. Four sunbeds, two umbrellas and a beautiful Bale Bengong provide plenty of space to relax in sun or shade. The garden stretches toward the ocean, offering privacy and a true sense of space. At the heart of the outdoor area lies the impressive swimming pool of twelve by six meters, perfect for cooling off while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Near the shoreline you’ll find the Bale Benong. This is a covered open-air lounge with a thick mattress and soft cushions, overlooking the calm sea and the beach. It’s the perfect spot to read, doze off in the warm breeze, or enjoy a full body massage arranged through our housekeeper. The soothing sound of the waves in the background completes the experience.
The spacious covered terrace features a large dining table and is designed for long, unforgettable moments with family or friends. Whether it’s a leisurely breakfast or a candlelit dinner lovingly prepared by our staff, you will always enjoy breathtaking sea views as the backdrop.
The villa, garden, and swimming pool are located on a private property and are not shared with any other guests. Privacy is fully guaranteed at Villa Mawar, thanks to the lush tropical flowers, plants, and trees that surround the entire estate. The villa is fully fenced and can only be accessed through the main entrance gate, ensuring a safe, peaceful, and secluded stay throughout your holiday.
Areas
As you arrive at Villa Mawar, you follow a charming bumpy road that winds through rice fields and vineyards, gradually leading you away from the bustle of daily life. The moment you pass through the gate, you step into a true oasis; a place where tropical beauty and absolute serenity come together.
A lush garden filled with banana plants, flowering trees and our small family temples (used daily for traditional offerings) welcomes you as you make your way to the villa. On both sides, the bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning offer comfort and privacy, while the open layout naturally draws your eyes toward the expansive terrace and the shimmering blue sea just beyond.
The swimming pool invites you for a refreshing dip the moment you see it. From the loungers around the pool, you can unwind completely, and when you lean over the edge you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views of the ocean and the occasional colourful fishing boat passing by.

During your stay, our hospitable and welcoming staff will be at your service to ensure you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. Our friendly hostess will personally welcome you upon arrival and show you around, explain how everything works and answer questions you may have.
Before your stay, you can discuss your preferred meals with our staff. They are experienced in preparing a wide variety of dishes. They will take charge of the grocery shopping and prepare each meal according to your wishes. You simply provide a budget from which they makes the purchases, and they will share the receipts afterwards.
During the first days of your stay, our helpdesk manager will visit you at the villa. She is available to answer questions, offer practical tips and help arrange activities or excursions. Whether you would like to explore waterfalls, visit temples, go snorkeling or discover scenic viewpoints, she is happy to advise you.
If you would like to explore the area in comfort, our private car with driver is available for day trips or shorter outings. The driver knows the surroundings well and can take you to the most beautiful spots. You can rent the car whenever you need it, whether it’s for sightseeing, dining out or visiting nearby towns.
We can also arrange airport pick-up for a smooth arrival. Your personal driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a sign for easy recognition, ready to bring you to the villa.
