Lovely place and staff!

The staff was very accommodating with all my requests, even when it went from having five guest to just being myself there in this huge villa. The front desk got my birthday wrong and the staff film themselves singing “Happy Birthday” to me- wish i thought it was super sweet. It was a bit embarrassing when i had to tell them that it wasn’t my birthday yet, but they were very sweet with the mix up and put it in the fridge. The stay was very nice and i do feel bad that i didn’t use everything that it had to offer ( i am not a water person, so i did not get in the pool not once). I did not hear or see any monkeys on the property and there were towels and soap for me. The only negative thing i could think of is that i pre-booked my activities with the company Klook instead of Bob travel( that is the driving company that is associated with the villa) and the price to take me back in forth from Lovina to Ubud (3hours one way) and back was very expensive compare to one of the activity (the activity charged me 390K Rp for roundtrip, while Bob the Driver company charged me almost 4 times as much for the similar roundtrip). So my advise is to go ask the manager of this villa to give you the website for Bob’s company, because anything in South Bali will cost you to be driven down there.
