We were greeted by the very friendly staff on our arrival, shown around the house and given a very welcome drink! Our journey to the house started from Ubud and the drive involved some amazing windy roads. The scenery was of course amazing. The house was exactly as we had expected. The only exception being that a recent storm had damaged the steps from the garden to the beach and also the sand of the beech had seemed to migrate to one side. As a result, access to the beach during our stay was a very short walk past the two neighbouring houses. The location is also very nice, perfect for relaxing but if you want to dine out it is a taxi ride away. We did a number of trips including a dolphin watching boat trip. We were picked up from the beach next to the house and say a huge number of dolphins…..this is a trip not to miss. The staff were good and are able to prepare all your meals. They don’t work late though so if you want lunch and dinner cooked for you, you will have to reheat in the microwave. We were traveling with our kids aged 4 & 6 and they loved the house, pool, garden and play house. We would definitely recommend this property for those looking for a relaxing stay.
