Overall the entire experience was just wonderful. Starting from the constant communication leading up to our stay by Angelique via email and sms through to the friendly and calming service given to us by the house maids (Putu and ILuh) as well as the gardener (Komag) and the security man (Made). Putu and ILuh were so polite and always had a smile on their face, whatever we asked was never a problem, they made phone calls to various people for us to organise things (restaurants, yoga class, snorkelling, drivers, food shopping etc) through to even attempting to cook dishes which we had requested but they had the never cooked before, nothing was too much trouble for them. Their dinners were unbelievably delicious and we were able to eat traditional Balinese food for very little cost. The villa itself was just as the website showed, the location was amazing, the house was super clean (thanks to Putu and ILuh), the facilities were spot on, overall our holiday could not have been better.
