A beautiful home built to a very high standard; loved the pool and the sunsets. The food was excellent so we relied on the staff most nights to prepare our meal as Lovina was a bit further away than we’d imagined. Our host arranged a large vehicle to collect us from Ubud and take us on to Kuta which was great as five or us with bags were struggling to fit in some smaller taxis earlier in our trip. We went out a few times to The Spice Club (recommended) and to walk around the town. Diving at Menjangan Island was OK, not great, recommend you research your dive shop more carefully than we did. Overall fabulous and agree with everyone who says the North is the “real Bali” – a very pleasant escape from the commercialism and traffic of the south; wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended.
