“A lovely place with exceptional customer service”

In December, 2015 we spent nine days at Villa Santai and can only say ‘Thank you’ – it is an exceptional place with plenty of options to unwind and relax.

The villa itself is big, providing enough room for 9 people, including a dining area and several community areas (eg. garden, upper deck, lower deck).

The villa and surroundings are clean and well-maintained. The ‘staff’ are super friendly and sweet, accommodating around any plans and wishes. They were lovely and very helpful. Thank you very much!

The customer service pre-arrival was just as good – excellent communication and support with all travel preparation. Again, thank you.

We spent the holiday here for a family reunion with people arriving from different places. For such, I can only recommend Villa Santai.

Other activities or places are further away and, as such, we booked either cars or scooters with which the team helped at all times. The villa is a good base for diving activities up north or discovering places further inland.

It is not a place for those seeking entertainment and a lot of action. For a casual, yet nice lunch/dinner we can recommend Sea Breeze Cafe in Lovina – great ocean views and a wonderful place to watch the sunset.

There is a spa attached to the garden where you can book massages. Hence, we often just moved between the amazing pool, reading on one of the day beds, massages and eating yummy food… that’s how you picture a holiday, don’t you?

Overall, a great experience that we would recommend.
