Villa Cantik is something out of a storybook. From the second we got off the plane and met our driver, Dodi, to being warmly greeting by Kadek and Novi, we felt immediately at home. The property is picturesque and a perfect escape. The proximity to a vast array of day trips is perfect and the friendly staff always makes sure that you’re comfortable and taken care of. North Bali is a truly authentic experience away from the tourist traps of Ubud and other big cities. Surrounded by black sand beaches, rice fields, and the friendliest of locals, it gave us a glimpse into the everyday life of Balinese culture. We’re already trying to plan our return!
