The house is even more impressive than in the pictures. Watched the sun reflect off the sea as it was going down from balcony.

Location: – Lovina is getting busy, nice to have distance – Well decorated Spa 200m walk from house – Spice beach club offers free pick up and drop off – Restaurants offer food delivery for approx €1

Staff: – Komang is a wonderful cook and cleaner (daughters loved Dutch pancakes) – very relaxing to have breakfast and dinner made incl the groceries –

Stealthy; enough private family time didn’t notice she was there – The gardner and security guard were also very nice, but we didn’t have as much interaction. – Ivo driver and the gust service, did a fantastic job. – Upon pick up we requested tour (Ulun Danu & monkeys). Return (volcano and elephant temple). Great selection of lunch restaurants with views – good job selecting the operator to Menjangan island. The boat and equiptment was newer, fiberglass boat with 2 outboard motors (only 20 min to island); experienced instructor – Very happy with the dolphine/breakfast/budda temple/hot springs tour.

Improvement points: – Router booster for stronger signal in downstairs bedrooms – Our family eats a lot; discuss portions when ordering food (eg tosti in NL is 2 slices) Advice for Potential Guests: – we are now in Nusa Dua Hyatt (although impressive) has westen prices and does not come near the price/quality experience we had at Villa Mente. – Especially for families, I highly recommend staying at this relaxing Villa, where you can enjoy space, excursions and a wonderful staff at a reasonable price point.
