Villas Details & Location
Villa Nirwana offers 250 m² of comfortable, airy living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room and direct access to the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Set in a peaceful coastal area in North Bali, the villa enjoys a serene atmosphere with gentle sea breezes and wide ocean views. Local restaurants, small shops and cultural highlights are only a short drive away, giving you the perfect balance between tranquility, nature and convenience during your stay.
Bedrooms
The villa has 4 comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Three of the bedrooms offer spacious 180×200 beds, one bedroom includes two single beds of 90×200, making the villa ideal for both families and groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a safety box for your valuables. The serene atmosphere in each room, together with the peaceful surroundings, creates the perfect environment to unwind after a day spent at the pool or exploring Bali.
All four bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom, each fitted with a washbasin unit, a refreshing rain shower and a toilet. One bathroom features a double washbasin for added convenience. In the hallway, an additional guest toilet is available for shared use. The bathrooms are clean, functional and designed to provide everything you need during your stay, ensuring both comfort and privacy for every guest.
The Villa
A few steps from Umeanyar Beach in Lovina, Villa Nirwana offers accommodations with access to wellness packages and beauty services. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. The accommodation features a Jacuzzi, free Wifi throughout the property, and a 24-hour front desk. Featuring a terrace and sea views, the spacious villa includes 4 bedrooms, a living room, satellite flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and 4 bathrooms with a shower. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruit.
The villa offers bed linen, towels, and laundry service. À la carte and continental breakfast options with pancakes, fruit, and juice are available. For those nights when you’d rather not eat out, you can have groceries delivered. The villa also provides an infinity pool and a spa facilities for guests to relax in. The area is popular for cycling, and bike rental is available at this 5-star villa.
Next to the pool, you’ll find a charming gazebo: a covered lounging area with a thick mattress and pillows. From here, you can look out over the usually calm sea and the beach. It’s the ideal spot to unwind completely, for example during a full body massage that can easily be arranged by the staff. As you relax, you’ll hear the gentle sound of the waves in the background. The light sea breeze and the view make it a wonderful place to read a book or simply enjoy the moment.
Villa Nirwana also features a lovely jacuzzi, which becomes an especially peaceful spot during the beautiful sunsets. With a glass of wine or a cold beer on the edge, these are moments you’ll never forget. The warmth of the water combined with the slowly changing colors of the sky creates a calm and soothing end to the day. It’s a place where you can easily unwind and where you’ll want to return every evening.
Areas
The moment you step into Villa Nirwana, you immediately feel a sense of calm wash over you. A small pathway leading across a pond brings you to the villa’s entrance. From the beautiful hallway, you look straight out over the pool and can see the shimmering blue sea in the distance.
On the left and right sides of the hallway, you’ll find the bedrooms, and at the end you’ll discover the living room and kitchen. You’ll likely make little use of the indoor furniture, but the dining table on the covered terrace and the sunbeds by the pool will become your favorites.
The covered terrace with its large dining table quickly becomes the ideal spot for long, relaxed meals in the fresh outdoor air. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a simple lunch, or a cozy dinner, you’ll always enjoy sitting here. The sunbeds around the pool invite you to soak up the sun, read a good book, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. Together with the gentle sounds of nature, it’s a place where time seems to slow down.
Service
During your stay hospitable and welcoming staff will be at your service. Our friendly hostess will welcome you upon arrival and provide all the information you may need during your stay.
Beforehand, you can discuss your preferred meals with the staff. They will take care of the grocery shopping and lovingly prepare each dish for you. You simply provide a budget from which they makes the purchases, and they will share the receipts afterwards.

Our private car with driver is usually available for day trips or outings and can be rented whenever you need it. We can also arrange airport pick-up. Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a sign for easy recognition.
Swimming pool
The villa has a very large pool of 72 m² with a separate Jacuzzi. From both the pool and the Jacuzzi, you can enjoy a stunning view of the ocean. It’s the perfect spot to fully unwind and relax.
Property
The villa, garden and swimming pool are located on a private property and are not shared with other tenants. Privacy is fully guaranteed at the villa, thanks to the lush flowers, plants, and trees surrounding the properties. The villa is fenced and can only be accessed through the main entrance gate, ensuring a safe and secluded stay.
