Communication with Villa Sali Sing Sing prior to our arrival was excellent. We would like to particularly thank Sascha for ensuring that the pool safety fence arrived to keep our grandchildren safe. The complexity of guests coming and going throughout our four week stay was never any bother and prompt email replies were appreciated by all the guests.

The Property – Villa Sali Sing Sing is a well cared for luxury style villa – some of our traveling companions said “I have never stayed in such a beautiful place – holidays will always be measured against the luxury of Villa Sali Sing Sing”. We found the property well maintained and any “repairs” that needed to be managed were organised and fixed through Lutu very promptly.

The staff – please let me say that I have traveled extensively for work and luxury holidays and I have often had a cook supplied as part of the accommodation – Made is the best cook we have ever had (EVER). She is a kind caring and attentive host and nothing was too much ever.

The cleaning was exceptional – all areas of the villa were thoroughly cleaned daily and with a kind and caring attitude
the grounds were so well kept – Gede was a cheerful presence around the villa and my eldest granddaughter wanted to know why Gede couldn’t come back to Australia and look after my garden (I agree 🙂 ).
the night watchman was there every night and was a security reminder when one of my friends got up in the middle of the night and could see him walking around the property.

Transfers and trips. The Helpdesk was responsive and provided valuable guidance for the few trips taken throughout the 4 weeks. The airport transfers were complex due to the nature of our booking and all were extremely professionally managed by you, the Help desk and the drivers…there were no mistakes or no-shows – very impressive.

The extras – car seats, cots and pool fence – I can’t thank you enough Sascha for making all of these extras happen…as a corporate traveler IT IS THE SMALL THINGS I see all the time and when they are attended to I know I am in good hands – thank you for attending to all of the little things.
