From the time i book this place to the time we checked in and leave, it was well arranged. Angelique was responsive, accomodating and instructions were clear and well organized. First of all, the place was a perfect oasis, beautiful and private. This is a birthday trip, I wanted to rejuvinate, relax and unwind and this place delivered even more than I expected. Secondly, the staff of the villa were amazing. Novi and Madi were great, everything were well planned by them and the the food they cook for us were good. All the staff from drivers, security, gardeners and Novi and Madi were polite, corteous and just wonderful people. Novi and Madi even surprise me a Balinese dancer on my birthday, that was so nice! All our tours in Bali and even massage were arranged by Novi. I had the most amazing stay at the Bayu Villa! I travelled a lot, this by far the best trip I had! Thank you very much Villa Bayu for making my 50th bday special and memorable. ❤️❤️❤️
