My family had such a great time at Villa Santai! Its hard to over state the beauty of the grounds and the quality of the staff that made each day a treat. The pool is perfect to swim in any time of the day. Warm enough at night and plenty of shady spots for the heat of the day. A waterfall cascading down a rockscape past the jet pool leading down into the larger pool with magnolias and other trees flowering overhead is stunning. Plenty of little nooks to retreat to while reading or doing a little online work. Nice open dining area to be spoiled for each meal. Don’t regret anything about it. But even more incredible are the staff. We had Elu handling the cooking and cleaning and the two times we ate in town, we found ourselves regretting it as the cooking back at the villa was superior. She was also so accommodating with a group of poor planners switching up our times and supplying us with snacks before dive sessions. Thank you so much. And I can’t say enough good things about Ketut. She was the ninja of helpfulness. She overheard us discussing getting our vias renewed, interjected that it could be done in Lovina and then proceeded to basically handle the whole getting it expedited leaving us with just one visit into town to get pictures and fingerprints taken. Totally saved two days of hastle. Ketut did that with so many things. Scooter rental, dolphin boat scheduling, dive shop arrangements, etc… Thank you so much for the helping hand! We will definitely be back.
